Dear students and parents The deadline to enter into this year Art Contest is approaching fast. Every year Art One Academy is very pleased to have our students among the winners. Why this year should be any different? All of our students have artworks to be proud of. Please bring your favorite work to the studio on Tuesday or Wednesday and we will be happy to take it to the Richmond Hill Public Library on your behalf, or you can do it yourself but no later then March 1. The entry form (can be fill in at Art One or at the library) should accompany your artwork. Go to Library Contest for more information or just see below. Good luck to all contestants! --------------------------------------- Richmond Hill Public Library Arts Contest 2012 The Library is pleased to announce the call for entries for its Arts Contest for 2012. We are accepting entries for short stories, poetry, visual art, and photography. Entries will be judged in three categories: Grades 7 & 8; 9 & 10; and 11 & 12. Submissions will be accepted in Library Administration, on the fourth floor of the Central Library, 1 Atkinson Street, until 5:00pm on Thursday, March 1, 2012. Please read the general guidelines as well as the specific guidelines for each category to sure that you have your submissions in the correct format(s). In some categories, you must supply both a physical submission as well as an electronic copy of your work.
