Cara is an enthusiastic and caring art teacher with a lifelong passion for creativity. From her earliest days in kindergarten, art has been at the heart of her world. Although she was admitted to Waterloo’s School of Architecture, life led her down a different path, culminating in a dual Honours degree from Western University from Ivey Business School and International Relations.
But Cara has always found ways to integrate her artistic skills in her diverse professional journey. She has worked in UI/UX design for start-ups, provided graphic design for non-profits and marketing agencies, and spent two years as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. While she’s familiar with most artistic mediums, her favourites are watercolor, oil, and pencil.

Cara’s passion for teaching is matched by her patience and understanding of children. With a 10-year-old sister of her own and experience teaching English abroad, she knows how to connect with kids and guide their imagination in a fun, nurturing environment.
