August 9, 2019We are very happy to announce that Starkie Mak has joined our team. Starkie is an illustrator, a passionate art teacher with over 8 years of experience, and a talented artist with her own unique style. She has a solid academic background, cheerful personality, and a warm heart – a great combination for Art One Instructor.
Starkie developed her unique teaching method. By the means of introducing creative art-creating techniques, she shows their students unlimited possible ways of how an art piece can be made. The little artists get inspired while in the process of making their work of art in different creative ways, which is the key to cultivate their sense of art and creativity to become a real artist in the future.
Starkie’s ability to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere in the classroom helps our little students feel safe to express their creative ideas and attentively learn the fundamentals of fine art.
Miss Mak is teaching Art Combo 1 in the Fall & Spring as well as Summer Camp Week 6, 8 & 9.
